Bakken Brew Fest The Bakken Brew Fest is March 10, and tickets are available at the Sidney Chamber office for $50. The event runs 7-11 p.m. at the Richland County Fair Event Center and will feature beer sampling and music from The Clintons. This year part of the proceeds will be donated to the Sherry Arnold Scholarship Fund.
